This proposal is based on theoretical approaches to the management of projects and the published details of the relative successes experienced by the recent Wembley and Emirates (Arsenal) stadium projects. Finally, paper provide suggestions the board of Swansea City FC that how they can best successfully mange the project to develop their new stadium on time and to budget.
