Executive Summary

This study is about understanding the use of supply chain modules in an organization, where supply chain and its uses appropriately to make it sustainable supply chain process. Here we are going to discuss supply chain strategy, forecasting, design, coordination issues, risk and best practices. How this structure help to maintain the supply chain a strong process in the organization, and how an organization uses its modules to overcome the challenges. This study is based on research, conducts through thoroughly in-depth research of journals and websites. Introduction 1.1 Ethical Supply Chain

Being a successful company, but not an ethical company with the human resources, business partners, suppliers, contractors, vendors, internal and external publics is not mean to success. Any of the company has to be ethical in terms of their human resource and publics. Ethics are the core set of instructions to measure the company`s standards. In the business environment when supplier, producer and consumer meets to complete the cycle of consumption in order to run the process, there are mutual relations with respect to do business in the longer run. There is risk pertain to the business as there is an opportunity. This can cause the great damage in relations and some time can be very protective. The implementation of such strategies can reduce the risk and increase the business opportunity in an ethical environment (s-ox.com, 2013, p. n.d). 1.2 Sustainable Supply Chain

The competition in the corporate world encourage organizations to improve its processes and standards in order to meet customer`s demand in rival conditions. In order to create the sustainable supply chain companies must improve their existing processes, modules, principles, operations and programs. This competition existence in the market provides the right way to do business in a healthy manner. Global competition is the platform to measure, identifying, and promoting paths, business practices and initiatives, researching critical issues and guidance to integrate all the processes and operations to make sustainable supply chain in an organization. There are some negative areas to be evaluate in the business environment are, labor environment, human rights and corruption. Successful supply chain management deals with the cross-cutting issues and close coordination with the strategic implementation and work processes. Sustainability can optimize the output, through the supply chain, initializing with the forecasting, research, strategic, operations and productions in all phases of business, it creates the integration to continue the business relations (unglobalcompact.org, 2013, p. n.d). 1.3 Supply Chain Strategy

Like the other areas of the company's operational activities, supply chain is the parallel end to end process without flawless flow of services and product.
