Introduction

The aim of the study conducted here is to determine the relationship between the schizophrenic patient and homeless. The American Journal of Psychiatry suggests about 20% of the population in USA diagnosed with schizophrenia is homeless. Schizophrenia is probably the most convoluted, serious and overwhelming of all mental illnesses. It established through the government studies that 1 out of every 12 people with mental illness are homeless. The risk factors for the identification of the schizophrenia among the severely ill patients with mental health issues have to determine. The subjects in the survey asked questionnaires about the how homelessness has influenced their life, their family history and background and the previous mental health services. The studies will help in the evaluation of the comparison between the homeless schizophrenic patients and those with proper care at home.

This research project survey conducted as a part of detection of the prime risks and reasons behind the homelessness in the schizophrenic patient's and the influence of the homelessness on their mental and physical health. The opinion poll is voluntary. All facts, personal information and the measurements obtained through this survey will store in confidence. The access to the data facts and statistics obtained from the surveys will provide only to researchers for analysis and studies.
