Participants of the Survey

The participants of the survey include business passengers arriving at the Heathrow airport. There are different types of passengers who arrive at the Heathrow airport daily. These participants include business passengers, leisure passengers, and transit passengers (Brunt, Mawby & Hambly, 2000, pp. 417). The focus of this study is on the attitude of business customers towards security development at Heathrow airport. Therefore, data will be gathered from them. Business customers have been selected for this study because they form a large portion of passengers arriving at the airport on a daily basis.

The data collection process took place through interviews and questionnaires. There were five respondents of qualitative interviews, and 100 of questionnaire.

These customers prefer Heathrow airport because of its scheduling and accessibility. With an increase in security concerns all over the world, airports around the world have increased their security measures. The purpose of security measures, including checking, at the airport is to reduce risks and threats. These security measures are very important for business customers and transit customers.
