The participants of the survey include business passengers arriving at the Heathrow airport. There are different types of passengers who arrive at the Heathrow airport daily. These participants include business passengers, leisure passengers, and transit passengers (Brunt, Mawby & Hambly, 2000, pp. 417). The focus of this study is on the attitude of business customers towards security development at Heathrow airport. Therefore, data will be gathered from them. Business customers have been selected for this study because they form a large portion of passengers arriving at the airport on a daily basis.
The data collection process took place through interviews and questionnaires. There were five respondents of qualitative interviews, and 100 of questionnaire.
