Introduction

For the assigned task, a journal has selected for the research project. The topic of the journal is “Cancer-related pain management: a report of evidence-based recommendations to guide practice”. This topic gives information about the treatment of pain management in cancer patients. According to the study cancer is a lethal disease which afflicts several people in the US. The researches have shown that many forms of cancer in people of America are the main reason of their death. Amongst these many cancers, the number of the patients of the breast cancer is much larger than in other kinds of cancer that affects women. Therefore, it is very vital for the medical representatives to recognize the implication of cancer like a central disease. After that, they will know that how the treatment of patients of cancer is different from the nursing care of other despise patients. Though, this will become apparent only once when the nurses collect evidence regarding the patient and cancer disease in the US. Such evidence of the study will allow the nurses to recognize the implication of a contrary nature of medical care to be given to the patients of cancer.

Discussion

Cancer might be linked with many symptoms, but the pain is the most significant symptom that usually patient suffered. Pain usually experienced by around 33 percent of patients getting medicine for cancer and something like 66 percent of them with more advanced cancer.
