Nurses play a vital role in assessing the health of a patient, which includes mainly obtaining information that is more of mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual in nature. This information is considered very much important in determining the correct state of the patient's health. The main agenda of this paper is to examine the issues related to lack of conflict management and lack of team management as faced by the nurses in work setting that ultimately affects the quality of service provided by nurses (Harkreader, H,; Hogan, M., A., 2003).
