Suicide

Introduction

“Whose life is it anyway?” is quite an erudite movie produced around a particular hypothesis. In an accident, a brilliant man gets wounded. Malformed into a dependent paraplegic, he determines that in actual, his life has come to an end, and his subsistence is being prolonged artificially without his consent (Adrian, 2012). He takes on a legal combat for asserting the authority over his individual fate, even if he chooses to put an end to his life. No other movie perhaps emphasizes on this issue to the extent it has been done in this movie, simultaneously trying to be open minded as well as balanced at the same time. Being a critical as well as artistic success, the movie, ?Whose life it is anyway?? was largely condemned by the movie being publicized like a “comedown”.

Opinion on suicide

I have many time felt that the life of an individual is his/her own life, and not any other individual ahs right to stop an individual from ending his/her life when an individual gets tired of it. I do not think that individuals who do not succeed in suicide attempts must be treated or locked up as criminals, because committing suicide is their personal decision. As far as their loved ones are considered, I believe that it is selfish of those individuals, who want them to stay alive when the individual actually do not want too. In my opinion, if any one care, you would not be sad for an individual who decides to end intolerable and miserable situation of life. On the other hand, the mental health experts believe that verbalizing a plan of suicide can be a sign of determination of an individual, that the person has decided to end his/her life. He has provided this wish various times however individuals around him not want him to end his life, as they think that mental health state of Mr. Harrison is not clear. In my opinion, this is very unfair with Mr. Harrison.

Opinion on End of Life Decisions

This is not unnatural to consider regarding ending our life. All individuals do it one time or another, all individuals just wonder how it would be to finish it all, however good reason and judgment allow us to go ahead and commit a suicide. When any loved one is intending to die, conversation regarding the decision of end of life can be difficult and uncomfortable. Yet, the decision of end of life is important. Based on the particular situation that has been provided in the movie in which Ker Harrison met a car accident and became paralyzed, he had a clear state of mind. After realizing the results of the accident he met, he decided that his life was not at all worth living. In this case, the individuals around him could be able to ...
