Introduction

The paper is based on the introduction of new products by the MNE. The Multi-National Enterprises are mainly engaged in the investments programs. These investments are typically made by the Multi-National Enterprises in other countries in order to raise significant revenues from them. Similarly, the main aim of these Multi-National Enterprises is to make their products known in the foreign markets so that sales of these products can be enhanced. The present study is based on the introduction of new Multi-National Enterprises that has introduced its product in some other country.

Discussion

The topic that has been focused on the entire paper is the Foreign Direct Investment by the Multi-National Enterprises in the host country. The country that has been chosen as a host country is India. As the host country, India has many patients suffering from the cardiovascular diseases, the Mult-National Enterprise has recently introduced modern medicine for the heart patients of India.

Economic Conditions of India

The economic conditions of India are developing to a greater extent. The, India's trend growth rate has risen substantially in recent years. Foreign institutional investors' net inflows have been increasing steadily in recent years, from a total of US$2.7 billion in 2001 to US$17.2 billion in 2007, as investors' appetite for Indian investment has grown. Nevertheless, capital inflows weakened substantially in 2008 during the global recession. Inflows resumed in 2009, totalling US$17.5 billion, and surged in 2010 to US$29.4 billion. Portfolio inflows in 2011 through January stand at US$1.2 billion.
