Introduction

The idea of the mixed methods study was to show the factors that play a part is the persistence of students of the Doctoral Program for educational leadership through a survey as well as following four respondents in order to evaluate the results in a more descriptive manner. In the quantitative part of the study, internal and external programs were considered to be the persistence for students within the program.
