Introduction

Stress at work is the behavioral alteration to modify that has an effect on employee's physical and emotional being. It is the procedure by which employees activate energy for dealing with several challenges. Stress at work setting may be rooted by noise, security issues, windowless surroundings, long working hours, or unworkable targets or goals. Some physical stress can be credited to disappointingly considered workplaces that generate eye stress, shoulder strain, or lower-back uneasiness. But the nervous tension that moves from mindset is the most general kind of stress (Reece, 2008).
