Analysis

Chapter 5 called Safe Training Environments discusses with the primary objective of any conditioning program identification. This means this chapter is discussing over creating a safe environment for a child to work and perform in. The main purpose of this chapter is to refine the adults (parents, guardians or caretakers) to be mainly responsible in providing certain protective measures presence. This chapter mainly focuses on components imperative to a safe training environment. (Brown, 2007) It also elaborates on how creating a safe training environment ultimately takes effort. Following are highlights:

This suggestion however is only to provide facilitation to a child who wants to attend a gym or weight room.

Selecting a supervisor

The supervisor, although can be called a coach, personal trainer, or athlete trainer, has to compensate for parents of a child in terms of providing them all the correct gym facility. Hence, the supervisor must be well-equipped, educated and/or trained regarding this facilitation of every child in gyms. Their educations/training experience should include Current first-Aid and cardiopulmonary (CPR) certificates (as mandatory). All trainers should have solid backgrounds which support their job description or their responsibilities bestowed on them.
