Motorola Mobility, the top leading mobile cellular company has situated in America. The company owned by Google, and it's headquarter is in Illinois. It is the famous dominating leader in the category of electronics which manufactured semiconductors, mobiles and different microchips. The famous logo of Motorola Company was designed in the year of 1955, and still the company used the same logo as a sign of success. The Motorola has meaningful slogan, which represents the company as a leader of success. At the initial phase, the company enunciated Motorola's cell phone, which was pretty attractive for the customers. The company has dominant on Analog mobile market, when its first product was Star TAC in the middle of 1990. With the change of time, when there was an n era of advancement, the company enhance their production capability, when it manufactured Razr an extra thin flip cell phone. Further, the company designed wireless connection accessories. Most newly, it manufactured Android and smart phones (Meyer and Lopez, 1995, pp.294-306).

In the year of 2007 to 2009, the company faced the turmoil situation, extensive loss in different manufacturing sector. To resolve this situation, the company separated in to two different sectors, Motorola solutions and Motorola Mobility. Approximately 64,000 employees are in both sectors and have an income of $30 billion. Even though, the market share of Motorola has been reducing and it is affected the company's economic position in the world among different market competitors (Pryor, 1989, pp.28-32)

The company has faced multiple combat in all over the world, by keeping the certain objectives of enhancing its corporate growth around the world. The company was failed, with the remarkable Japanese products, for this company revised their new marketing strategies and objectives. The company's objectives are as follows:

To attain economical benefits by dominating in different sectors of the market in terms of customers, manufacturing, Advertising, Equipments and Services.

To amplify the international market distribution.

Motorola all over the world must fulfill with all appropriate regulations and conditions where they do trade. Supposed stress from difficulty because of business circumstances are no reason for disobeying the law. The positive point about Motorola is that, when the company has to faced any political challenge or legitimacy of an accomplishment, they inspect it with the management department.

Economic Aspects

The company has speed up its optimistic contact by adjusting product to set with limited necessities. Motorola has traded approximately 16 million low cost mobile phones in the world market. In the year of 2006, the company had manufactured Motofone which uses tone effect to assist people with inadequate literacy. The connectivity assured of their product reaches the satisfaction level.
