The purpose of writing this report is to formulate a change process model that focusing on the future state needs of a specific area that highlighted in the scenario. The place highlighted in the scenario is the Northern Italy, which affected by drought, earthquakes, hailstorm and abundant rainfall in last few years. Therefore, to overcome all these problems from the tourism perspective, the report is formulated to give the readers a proper understanding of the information related to the change process model. The normal procedure to apply all the activities for change basically aimed to help tourism business to productively take up innovative ideas, technologies and different ways of doing business. As per the scenario, change management effectively provide assistance in the transformation of strategy and the processes. Similarly, employees are integral part of the change because they refocus themselves in order to achieve organization objectives by maximizing their performance with continuous efforts of improving the tourism business to cover all future needs. As per the research, it has been observed that the change process in terms of an industry work really effectively and efficiently if everyone involved in the change process and show commitment. Because, it has been witnessed in the past that change achieved through individuals and especially in tourism business change occurred by changing individual behaviour towards business because one cannot control natural disasters but one cannot adopt certain strategies to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

The best way to imply change in tourism industry is to include everyone in the change process, as certain changes that industry witness brings different opportunities with it. Therefore, the management's job is plan and implements change for effective development of the industry.

The process by which tourism business in Northern Italy becomes so different from what it was at one time before. All organizations involved in the tourism business change but the challenge facing managers and, in general, everyone in the industry is that business change occurs in the direction of interest to the objectives of the overall industry. That is why, the focus of this paper is towards management of change, change agents, change intervention, resistance to change, etc.

When change agent wants to carry out a process of change, it should be noted that people pretend that the new situation will provide the same security or even better as the previous. As the process proceeds without difficulty, the change goes through (Kim, et. al., 2012, pp. 12-25), but not well inconveniences occur, people tend to quickly return to the previous situation and that is why large proportion of the change processes fails at some time to be implemented.

For a process of change can be implemented with success and sustained over time, it is essential to consider the human factor. Therefore, in tourism business people should trust, be motivated and trained, and that change is a very hard, therefore, everyone involved in the tourism business involved in change process.
