Abstract

In this paper I will be discussing the final strategic marketing plan for my product, the Iron-pad. I will be analyzing the different strategies that are available to marketers as well as what applies to my product the most. Apart from this, technological advancement will have an impact on the examination of these strategies and I will be discussing the different distribution plans that can ensure the success of my product. Marketing mix in terms of the four Ps of marketing will also be discussed, and I will be explaining the different marketing goals I have set myself throughout the planning and designing of my product.

Introduction

Technology is advancing every day. Each day brings new ideas, revolutions and inventions. Today, no house and organization, is without computer. Information Technology is playing a vital role in reshaping lives. The last product was the Iron Pad which is cheaper, smaller in size and effective than the big iron boards. As we all know, when technology develops, and advances there are also problems associated with the advancement. Electronic industry is serving mankind at its best. Let's get back to the 1990s, when we went to the market to buy our first cell phone. Everyone desired to have that room sized computer to get small and come into palms. If we just stop and think, what happened and where we found things going, and we glad to see that room size computers are in our hands as our mobile phones. It is easier for anyone to see the effects on the entire society and how something affects the lives of the people in the society. I will be conducting a strategic marketing plan for my product, “Iron Pad”. In the following paper, I will be discussing different aspects of marketing with regards to my product, and will be discussing all strategies involved in the successful launch of a product.

Mission Statement

My mission statement is to ensure I design a product that is safe, convenient and easy to use. I aim to do this by enacting a substitute for a product that is time consuming and requires more human effort than is convenient.

Objectives

In order to excel or promote the goals of an organization and to motivate the individual, there should be an action plan by all the managers which will provide you the opportunity to fulfill their basic needs or necessity. And not too long ago, leaders was motivating their subordinates rewards or incentives which was economic and it was also exclusive, as determined by the peoples behavior, especially the needs of its lowest levels (Russ & Ravi, 2011). In the today's world, even individual people who is on the lower levels of the hierarchy of an organization or company, they are at the higher levels hierarchy of Maslow's theory.
