The aspects of minimum wage and overtime for all employees of non public sector, regulated by the federal statue administrated by the Hour and Wage Division of the section of labor, known as FLSA. The department is responsible for regulating standards for overtime pay rates and eligibility, minimum wage, youth employment standards and record keeping requirement for all the workers of private sector.
