From the prior studies it has been seen that most of the people act inadequately in the situations in which they think they are being stereotyped. Stereotyping can be understood as the shared beliefs concerning personal characteristics, personality traits behavior, and a group of people. Stereotypes are a kind of mental image a person has a group of individuals and individuals in this group. Stereotyping is a process of applying to individuals' judgment-stereotypical-that makes these individuals interchangeable with other members of their class "A person belonging to a group will be considered as having the same characteristics as the other group members.

The stereotype is a generalization that allows relating the unknown to the known in order to facilitate understanding of the world. The content of stereotypes may be positive or negative, while the bias is always negative. It relies instead on personal beliefs that are relatively conscious, while the stereotype is based on semi-automatic categorizations, and is thus less likely to be controlled. The stereotype is shared. But there are also individual stereotypes; in this case it is a personal stereotype. They have a double function: they characterize a group, but they also serve to distinguish it from others.

Discussion

The problem of stereotyping and prejudice has been prevailed and to tackle this situation is extremely relevant in today's moving world of globalization. But in spite of its development, the internet and increased access to information has still several gaps in knowledge of the different people about each other (Beaton, et.al, 2007). It is only possible by acquaintance with other cultures and countries in the process of intercultural learning as well as anti-discrimination policies of different countries, through which the situation of prejudice, inter-ethnic strife, racism and discrimination can be reduced.

Ethnic stereotypes are primarily "cultural" education, natural and inevitable for as long as there are nations and ethnic groups. In turn, bias and prejudice - it is like a more "social" setting: their formation is largely dependent on the specific socio-historical situation. Prejudice is characterized by a negative emotional charge and the corresponding behaviors such as avoidance or evasion of communication inter-ethnic contacts in certain areas of life. Prejudice, in turn, distinguishes high concentration of negative emotions, excessive praise for accomplishments and qualities of the nation, coupled with an arrogant attitude and hostility towards other nations.
