Results
Stress is a condition that affects 70% of executives. The causes are many which include the lack of time due to overload or overwork, fear of dismissal, low self-esteem not to see growth prospects in the organization, among others.
Work stress means a situation where the employee feels unable to cope with the demands and expectations against him. Both work and worker characteristics influence the development of job stress. Certain properties of tasks, work arrangements or interaction causes stress in more workers. In similar situations react different people in different ways, and even the same person can react differently in different life stages (Bashir and Ramay, 2010).
Generally, employee health is more driven by organizational factors than on individual lifestyles. Researchers identified four organizational and management factors affecting employee health, regardless of the type of work place. In relation to employee performance at job and stress at work is based on mental stress factors and social stress factors.
