Distribution Method

After completing the questionnaire, it is major duty to spread it among the respondents. Being as a self-employed professional analyst of Tynecastle Business School (TBS), it's a main duty to disseminate these questionnaires on a correct place. The main thing is to select the correct respondents who easily fill the questionnaire without any flaw. The placement unit will focus on that special area, where the respondents are easily available. Well, its 21st century, so these questionnaires will send through electronically. This cost saves and time, because through post service it consumes a cost and lot of energy to cover all the organizations in the area. The Placement unit will distribute these questionnaires to all the organizations on its database electronically. These organizations are full of respondents and it could be convenient to the Placement unit to covers a large and main part of this research. The respondent can be easily available in all the organization which include, education sector, medical sector, institutions and all the other organizations that has prevailed in the society. Through electronically, the Placement unit will cover all the organizations easily and this research includes all the state responses (Jackson, 2009).

Benefits

The major aim of the Placement unit department is to cover all the educational organizations including the other sectors also where there is a maximum capacity of finding the respondents. This will help the Placement unit department, to analyze the major issue that faced by all the peoples, especially the students when they entered in their professional life. Through electronic email process, the major benefit is, the Placement unit covers the entire department by sending the questionnaire through email process. This secure time and energy of the department and secondly no cost is consume in that process. If the department has sent through by post, so this needs money, and time. This is the main benefit that the placement unit department has faced (Lachat & Smith, 2005).

Challenges

There are multiple challenges that the department has faced from other organization. In some area, where the internet system has not available, so the questionnaire had not been sent. The organization that situated from that area is lacked from the questionnaire service. Some organization has not taken it seriously, so they did not perceive about this questionnaire to their students or the employees. These are the major drawbacks that faced by the Placement unit. This reduces the respondents counting and it could be effect to the department and their research analysis, if the department does not take any preventive action for fulfilling this criteria.
