From the above table of tumour sizes in the hind leg of rats based on control and treatment group, it can be said that is a variation between the tumour sizes in the rats of each group. Moreover, the above table also reflects that this variation in tumour sizes in the rats for control and treatment group gets greater with time which shows that is an effect of an anti-cancer drug on the growth of a rat tumour.
From the above graphical representation, it can be observed that log 10 of tumour sizes in the hind leg of rats based on control and treatment group with the passage of time keeps on fluctuating as the at the starting days that is day 8, it is in negative; however, from day 9, the tumour size in the hind leg of rats for both control and treatment group get increased with time which is also an indication of the acceptance of the hypothesis that is an anti-cancer drug affects the growth of a rat tumour.
Besides it, from the above graphical representation, it can be said that log(x+1) for tumour sizes in the hind leg of rats for both control group and treatment group with time has an increasing trend and this trend has been consistent; however, it is found that at the initial days there were slow increase but the later days that is from day 5 to onwards the tumour size in the ...
