Introduction

Entrepreneurship is a necessity for the functioning of economies of market. Companies are the main vehicle for progress and innovation in a market economy and they are a vital asset to meet the challenges of globalization and structural change. The business activity is the engine that enables a flourishing economy continuously improves its products and services to create new ones. The entrepreneurial spirit is rooted in a multitude of motivations. Obtaining cash is certainly a major factor, but it is not necessarily the main incentive. Thus, there are two levels of entrepreneurships. They are the start up and the corporate entrepreneurship and the following essay is going to evaluate both of them. Starting an own business from scratch can be very satisfying. An entrepreneur has the freedom to be creative and innovative, and can take all the decisions himself. He is the boss of his own desire who is not answerable to anyone. There are different ways to start a business, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) is the process; by which individuals inside organizations pursue opportunities without regard to the resources they currently control (Stevenson, Grumpet.1985). An entrepreneurial manager links up discrete pieces of new technical knowledge that would provide a solution to a customer problem and matches this technical capability with the satisfaction of a market and garners resources and skills needed to take the venture to the next stage.
