Introduction

Starbucks Corporation is the coffee company and, one of the leading companies of Untied States of America which is situated in Washington. It is the biggest coffeehouse and a company, of the world because; it has 19,763 stores in various countries of the world. It has 12,848 stores in USA, 1,264 in Canada and 621 in China. Starbucks Corporation sells different varieties of coffees such as drip brewed coffee, espresso coffee, pastries, snacks and other items which include mugs and cups. There is also a brand of Starbucks Corporation such as Hear Music which sells books, music and film. The products of Starbucks Corporation are seasonal and vary from store to store and depend upon the locality. Ice cream and coffee are also sold at numerous stores.

Company Profile

Starbucks Corporation are founded by three teachers; Jerry Baldwin who was an English teacher, Zev Siegel who was a history teacher, and Gordon Bowker who was a writer. These three academies started a coffee shop together. These three people had invested $1500 each and took a loan from the bank of $5000 and, logo of the company was also designed by their friend. Baldwin took interest in improving his knowledge about coffee while his friend Bowker played as a magic and romantic man. The store was getting popular in the locality because of their efforts (Miller, 2009). The second store of Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1972. At the start of 1980s, there were total four stores of Starbucks Corporation and, profit was increased each year. The friend Zuv Siegel left the company and found other interests to do while, Baldwin took great interest in the affairs of the company and served as the chief executive officer. Bowker was engaged in designing and marketing all the time and giving shape to the company.

Starbucks Corporation is well known today in each part of the world for bringing new technologies and inventions. Technology is getting advanced each day.
