Impact of Uninsured for Employers

Employers suffer from this problem of uninsured employees in both positive and negative ways. In the positive way, if we attempt to address this problem then the outcomes would bring positive outcomes for an organization. When the health insurance would be available to most of the employees then there would be less absenteeism. When there is lack of insurance to most o the employees then in this case these employees often take leaves to take care and look after their uninsured family members. These leaves reduce the daily productivity of the organizations. If we talk about this problem while considering the negative aspects that this issue raise is that while attempting to address this issue employers have to incur more cost in the shape of provision of insurance to the employees. By providing insurance to the large number of employees, employers can solve the problem of low productivity but this makes them to pay to the insurers (Wye River Group on Healthcare, 2012).

Impact of Uninsured to the Government

For government also this problem and addressing this issue of uninsured people can cause both negative and positive impacts. It can cause negative impacts in the way that the government would have to pay more attention to this sector and the government would have to allocate more budgets to the healthcare sector so that maximum numbers of people get the health insurance.
