The shop will be open from 6:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, i.e. Monday till Friday and 7:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. on weekends. The coffee shop will have ten coffee servers and three store managers in the starting. My business loan based on my forecasted profit and loss statement has been approved by the bank. The bank has requested me to submit my planning for managing the business and staff for the next three years before they finally approve my loan. This essay outlines my management and staffing plan that I depicted to run my business.

Discussion

If I want my business to grow then I must seek to keep my business's employees productive and happy as they make the business running. I personally think that my employees are not drones or my slaves, but the people who deserve to be treated with respect so I will prefer to maintain a good and healthy relationship with my employees. In case if they need improvement, I'll comment on their work, where, I'll praise them when they are exhibiting good performance on the job. I'll treat them with courtesy and will acknowledge their hard work and existence.

I will not pry them but will accommodate them throwing exhibiting sensitivity towards them, I understand that everyone has a life outside work, I will acknowledge myself to their names and will use them, I'll be polite and clear while dealing with them. Provision of clear and precise instructions, since at times, ambiguous and vague information becomes stressful for employees, to help everybody work efficiently the required maintenance of an even tone in voice, accomplishing correcting errors in a precise, polite and private manner, these are the guideline that I will follow to build harmonious working relations with my staff (Shore & Barksdale, 1998).

I will join all the interested parties by making use of Rule 19 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. By following above mentioned steps, I can protract any litigation and increase my expense. However, the expense may be both justifies and unavoidable, given the risk of disparate-treatment ...
