The Staffing factors that can contribute to this problem are the wrong choice that leads to the wrong type of people who have been selected for the job. Job requirements may be unclear to them or not met properly. Another factor is the weak system of accountability. A person appointed to conduct training may have failed to properly train the staffs, due to which the employee failed to perform the tasks. Another related factor is the absence of the training documentation, which can be of great help to the staff for performing tasks. Besides this, there is no evaluation criteria to determine whether training was successful or not. The staffing coach should study the job description and the knowledge and skills required to perform the taks and then after studying the employees profile, training needs should be assessed.

Staff training is an important ingredient for success and prosperity. The nature of the business that is highly competitive and rapidly changing, workers must now train, so will the knowledge and adapt to different situations (Dessler, 2011). Training staff can accumulate knowledge and improve the attitude of the staff. Staff knowledge and attitudes ultimately determine the level of the organization to achieve business success. He is responsible for the management and human resources to train their employees so that all their employee's work, work requirements, and how well their duties know. Employers who are actively involved in training employees to take advantage of the training of staff, leading to higher productivity, quality of products and services and customer satisfaction.
