Moreover, organizations must also ensure that employees are working in such circumstances, which make them obliged, to remain committed to the organization. In the given scenarios, there are various staffing factors which might have affected the performance of the employees working with in the assembly and because of the same reasons they might have lost the ability to perform to their fullest potential. This paper aims to discuss the staffing factors which have affected employee performance in the given scenario.

Staffing Factors Contributing to the Problem

Tools required for the Job

In any business, employee costs constitute the highest proportion of expense for the organization. Depriving the employee of the tools required to complete their jobs is foolish, taking into consideration the penny and the pound. The machines which employees require in assembling the tuning devices must be state-of-the-art, but also reliable and efficient enough to minimize employee frustration and the time required in assembly. Moreover, if there are some processes which require manual work and it takes a lot of time, then also, the productivity of employees is affected. Thus, the organization must consider automating every process; expect for those processes for which it is not possible to automate them. It is the duty of the supervisor to keep a check on the requirements of workers for completing their tasks and must report to the immediate authority in case a requirement remain unmet for an extended period.
