Moving patterns of Squash and exercises

Introduction

Many of our talented junior players struggle to make the difficult transition into the senior game due to the physical approach to his game has often been neglected in their formative years playing. The pumpkin is one of the most physically demanding games in the world and the clash of professional football is difficult in many cases too demanding because of the lack of vision in the lower grades. The game is strong enough for the players that have been prepared, so arriving in the senior game with improper preparation so often fall by the wayside (Satterthwaite, 1979).

Movement patterns

Most squash players understand the importance of good technique, and appreciate that solo practice is a valuable tool to help refine the technology and achieve greater coherence to the shot. After all, a new skill must be repeated several times before it becomes second nature and able to keep the company under pressure from the parties. However, rarely is a good club player put the same amount of emphasis in practice or “tests" your movement? While often find students who are preparing to go to court in his own balls and hit the wall or cut-kills in the nick, it is not often that a player who seems so willing to teach step the court with all the focus of the session to improve his footwork (Satterthwaite, 1979).

If part of the court in 6 different sections, front middle and back on the wall of the left, and the same in the right wall, then you may be surprised that there are only 15 basic patterns of movement in squash to learn. I would recommend that the practice each of these 15 patterns with the same attention to detail that you would in the practice of the different shots of the game. Over time you should start to notice a marked improvement in its position on the ball, gives you more shooting options. Efficiency of movement to and from the ball will improve, as well as their ability to move well, even when you begin to tire (Zug, 2003).

The 15 movements are:

FR FL, FL, BL, ML FR, BL to BR, BR MRI, FL MRI, FL to ML, ML, MR, BL MRI, BR FR, FL to the BR, ML BL , ML BR, BL FR, FR MR.

Good movements

Good movement in squash is not a million miles away from the disciplines taught and covering the gymnastics and dance. Poise, balance, elegance and power are the essential ingredients for successful squash, watchable. It is very difficult to explain the good and bad movement of the written word, but I've listed some of the characteristics of both correct and incorrect patterns. Not entirely applicable to more advanced concepts of deception and delay the trip and can act as a guide for basic shots hit in the rhythm:
