In this research report, we have to analyze the data about the sale straining dataset which is endowed with as a substitute with more sensible data that is archetypal of survey data in marketing. The level of measurement for the scale answers is assumed to be an evenly emerging interval of measures, thus regression is suitable for this analysis. The regression techniques will provide affluent outcomes for this multiple factors which are involved in this research analysis. A questionnaire was sent through mail system in 80 sales training department. The questionnaires had sent to training managers at various organizations in United States. The sales questionnaires ha divided in to four main sections according to the systematic techniques of knowing the demographic and others data of the sales trainers (Anderberg, 1973).

The data should be collected by sending questionnaires in 80 Sales Training centre of United States. The respondent rates have collected from the present frequency and the frequency which has used in last 5 years. From A1 to A17 the present frequency has noticed and A18 to A34 is the frequency which has used in last five years.
The data of AI to A34 includes various objectives in which the researchers have identified basic information's about the sales employees (ÁÒ, & ØÝ, 1998).There are 17 variables of types of training are used in the first section of the questionnaires.
