Introduction

Talking about the sports management, it is not as simple as it looks. The sports management includes several key points which should be addressed. Sports management today, is simply not about the elements like finance, marketing, organizational behavior or resource management. There are many other aspects like social and cultural understanding, criminal law and career management process. The management has now become more crucial because of the globalization. Management needs to be aware of the cultural and social likeness as well as disliking, depends on the public interest. Law concerns are very important, the injury of a player or any other legal issue need to be addressed accordingly (Dunn and George et al., 2007, pp. 840--844).

Management try to be proactive in this regard, the policies were made in order to keep these issues within the legal access. The sports management today is not only about managing the sports, as in teams or players but it is also about creating the platform for the upcoming players to get highlighted. Areas where ground facilities are not available, lack of resources etc. are all the responsibility of the sports management.
