The career choice means choosing a lifestyle, so it is one of the most crucial decisions, but this should be based according to God's will as well as the using the common sense practical circumstances. The career choice is a situation to be resolved, is very important. This requires a certain period of time to resolve and choosing the right career. The factors that are important while making career decisions are praying for wisdom to make godly decisions, praying for specific guidance or answers from God, considering personal desires and interests and considering personal strengths, talents, gifts, and abilities.

Personal Position

The career choice is a situation to be resolved, is very important. This requires a certain time to resolve and choosing the right career. Many young people, unfortunately, do not take this situation seriously and had wasted the time to learn about different careers that exist, programs, schools and not relying on self-analysis of time to reflect on how race and be the best for them. That is when the career choice becomes a conflict, when barely out of high school will become aware of what they want to study, and pressed for time or because they do not yet know what career to choose. Therefore, it is essential and vital that the factors should be considered that are important while making the decision about the career. In my view, the following factors are important while making career decisions, this include:- Using of common sense.- Considering the circumstances that looking for doors/windows of opportunity.- Consulting the issue with the wise counsel.- Praying for wisdom to make godly decisions.- Praying for specific guidance or answers from God.- Considering personal desires and interests.- Considering personal strengths, talents, gifts, and abilities.

The career choice means choosing a lifestyle, so it is one of the most crucial decisions, but this should be based according to God's will as well as the using the common sense practical circumstances (Kaam, 1975, p. 12-35). If we choose the wrong career can have personal dissatisfaction, leading to bitterness and unhappiness of a person. However, if our decision is correct, this will have a full life and self-satisfaction (Ignatius, 1997, p. 42-57). Thus, we see that a good career choice, made with well-established base, largely dependent on the happiness or misery of life. Peace of conscience, joy, or disturbance, sadness, dejection will reward or punish good or bad choices made (Horton, 2006). As the above mentioned factors are important for making a career decision, because a prudent person considers all the vital factors that are important while making the decision. Therefore, the will of God is most important.
