The narrative eventually narrows down to a battle of wits between Crassus and Spartacus, and with the weight of the Roman Empire's military might on the side of Crassus, the outcome is never in doubt. Spartacus movie is directed by Robert Dornhelm, based upon adaptation from Howard Fast novel.
