Social work - is to seek opportunities and expand the horizons of individuals, families and communities with whom we work. If we, as social workers, can take part in it, then we have "succeeded". If during this process we will also expand our own horizons, develop new perspectives, the experience of others, send their own experience, then we really are working successfully. These relationships should be the focus of the dynamics of the profession. These are the thoughts that occurred to me when I was preparing for the workshop "Standards of social work and training programs of the social sphere," which took place in Ternopil.
