Introduction

Conflict is one of the most acrimonious satires of human life which becomes the reason of several problems. Virtually, human always wish to live in a peaceful life which normally cannot be accomplished, because human frequently find themselves entangled in different conflicts. These conflicts manifest in many ways in both the social and political lives of the people. Human conflict is like a reach of sky which never ends. It never abates. It always seems to increase. The unrest you see in the society is a result of the human conflict. Humans are in conflict with each other over several matters. These do not exist with regards to one or two matters, but extend to a wide range of different fields. Religion, language, race, culture and personal beliefs are some of those common factors over which the humans are constantly found to be conflicting with each other.

Discussion

Karl Marx's claims the conflict prospective by presenting society problems due to class struggles among the symbolic interactionist and functionalist perspectives. He proposed that human conflict is a problem as conflict perspective is more focused on the conflicted, negative, and ever changing nature of the society. Critics to its perspective give negative vibe to the society. In order to control the negative vibes in the best interest of the society, conflict theory must evolve altruism, civil rights, democracy as the basic attributes for the social order (C. David Mortensen, 2006).

It should be noticed that why conflicts takes place in daily life? Is it essential to occur or circumstances force it to be? These questions certainly require its proper clarification for the improvement at this junction. Conflicts arise when person interact with society and its different modes. Difference in opinion, goals, understanding with fellow human shows the way to begin conflict. One thing should be understood that conflict is always painful whether it is only a simple verbal discussion or physical attack as it tightens the knots of hate and anger. Most importantly, the result of conflict is damaging for both, whether it is a victor and victim.

If we look around in our society, this conflict seems to never end. It keeps conflagrating. An example is the conflict that exists over color. The blacks are often suppressed and have their rights denied owing to prejudice. This same prejudice is the result of conflict which makes the white people believes that they are superior to the blacks. However, pleasant living hopes rich outcomes while inharmonious relations lead to misery and harm for the almost time of life. These people lives surround to those who are also entangled in a knotted net of disputes and quarrels. Conflict can erupt under the silent suspicion and bitterness or it might burst into devastation and violent rage. It can spoil personal relationships, ethnic faction, a social class, a political party or an entire nation. It has manifestations that the existence of conflict in our lives appears inescapable ...
