Introduction

In the dualism and (economic) policy theories discussed so far, underdevelopment and development are explained by financial factors alone while person or group values and incentives are neglected. The social-psychological theories believe these very features as main determinants of underdevelopment and development. Thus, they insert a new constituent to the conversation. Because they decrease the reason to features of one regulation, like economic theories, they are fractional explanations as well.
