Socialization is the process in which we learn to become competent members of the group. Agents of socialization in short people, groups and social institutions, as well as interaction within these groups that have an impact on human social and self-development (Macionis 2008). From organizational perspective, socialization refers to forming different groups within the organization in informal ways. For example: peer groups, departmental groups, union, and other casual affairs exist in many organizations.
