More informed an individual is more aware of the real impact that government has on their lives, not limited to only one receiver apathetic, but an active receiver and sometimes a catalyst for further action (Wallace et.al, 2013). The human being becomes a social being spontaneously with effective social skills. We need new generations, which ensure the reproduction of society, internalize the rules that humanize, making them social individuals.
