Introduction

The Social Security is understood and accepted as a right that goes to every person to access, at least basic protection to satisfy need states. Thus, the universal conception on the subject has led each nation to organize in order to configure various models to service of this goal. In this context always conceived the state as the main, if not the sole promoter of this branch of the policy since the socioeconomic programs of social security are built into the planning of this general (Modigliani, Franco, 2004). However, not always achieved through such policies develop and implement a system of fair and equitable social security, in which the person had the gravity it deserves. Add to this the rapid progress of the global economy. In other words, there was a development parallel to both areas, a vital condition for balanced growth (Modigliani, Franco, 2004).

The State must implement certain social policies that guarantee and ensure the welfare of citizens in certain frameworks such as health, education and in general all the possible range of social security. These government programs, financed from the budgets state, must have character free as possible by funds from the public purse, paid from the tax rates that the State levied on the citizens themselves. In this sense, the welfare state simply creates a process of redistribution of wealth, because in principle, the lower classes of society are the most benefit from social coverage that could not reach with their own income (Modigliani, Franco, 2004). This system encompasses issues such as health service, the subsidy to unemployment, or pension and retirement plans and other measures that have emerged in many industrialized and developing since the late nineteenth century to ensure minimum standards the dignity of life for all citizens and try to correct the imbalances of wealth and opportunity (Modigliani, Franco, 2004).

This paper would focus on comparing and contrasting the Social Security System between Various Countries, by studying the social security systems implemented by different countries in the world.

Hypothesis

The presence and implementation of a social security system has become increasingly important in the modern world, in order to try and provide the people living in the society, with a sense of security.
