Introduction

Social rights are the right of the general public of the society. This is a responsibility of the government to provide all the major rights to the citizens. The citizens should also aware from their rights because it may create difficulties for a person living in the society. The society is made up from the people living in the society and influence by the culture and norms of the people. The society has certain rules and regulation, which have to be implemented to originate peace in the society. The rules of the society have to be decided by the people. The justice should be provided to all the residence of the society. Social contract theory is the model found during the age of enlightenment, it is about the rights of the state or an individual, the authority of the state. The social arguments are about the rights of an individual, and an individual have a right to give the freedom to the magistrate or the ruler of the society. It may also be the power of majority or the power transferred to the majority of the people. It means that, it is also about the power of democracy.

The argument of Hiskes in the book “The human right to a green future” is all about the betterment of humanity. The argument proposed in this book is about the human rights and the environment. It is necessary for this generation to provide clean and clear atmosphere to the future generation. The importance of air, water, soil and clean environment should be recognized by this generation and also the generations of future. He also presented a theoretical background of the human rights, identity, citizenships, and the relationship among humans. Sustainable Development

In the year 1987 the term, sustainable development, was a detailed report created by the World Commission on Development and Environment. Otherwise called the Brundtland report, “Our Common Future” incorporated the "excellent" meaning of sustainable development: "the development of present should not compromise the future generation" Acceptance of the report by the United Nations General Assembly granted the term “POLITICAL SALIENCE” and the principles set by the leaders of sustainable growth next to the conference of united nations on development and environment, developed in Brazil in the year 1992.
