Introduction

Liberalism conservatism and socialism are social and political principles. Their perspectives on governance has developed through the years even though they have distinctions their primary destination is leading the society in order for the better continues remain at the same level, however they vary how to accomplish this. In this paper I will compare and contrast different types of welfare states: Liberalism, Conservative and Social democratic in society. In later part of this paper I will examine that how the policies has been changes in the past two decades in the early childhood care or child protection.

Welfare State

it is the concept of government which takes the vital role in order to protect and promote social well-being and economy of citizens. It is based on the principle of equal wealth distribution, opportunity and responsibility of public for those people who are lacking the minimal provision for good life. this term is applied in number of variety forms of social organization and economic. Although the basic feature of this term is relates to social insurance that indented to offer better supervision during the certain period of time. The welfare also involved provision of education, housing and services related to health. Those countries who are planned their economy centrally the welfare state covers administration and employment of the consumer prices.

Liberalism claims to give higher priority to the opportunity and inimitability of the individual it determinedly proclaims that people are exceptional by nature as (Baldock et.al, 2007) stated; the prevalence of the distinctive is the most significant part of liberal ideology. The US is the described as liberal welfare regime, in the sense of that they representing an individualism and punitive poverty view. Country is currently performing important functions including assistance of public, various health schemes as well as social care.

Conservatism held the conviction that social norms are flawed and defective by nature and along these lines can't be viewed as great. They contend as (Arts & Gelissen 2002) stated that mere mortal are mentally and enthusiastically powerless in this way they require the assistance of one another in different expressions they are "indigent creatures" Heywood (2007:71). Germany is the historically a rich country. The welfare system that they use is one most comprehensive welfare system. Moreover for a longer period of time, welfare system of Germany seemed immune towards any political and the economical problem other nation that were facing. German welfare system were concerned with maintain an order and status. They are engaged in setup old age pension, accident insurance and health employment that were setting up the work reward status and performance.

Swedish have they been viewed as the liable society with having a sustainable equity without having slums. They are easily over the problems of capitalist society that was considered as alternative to revolution. The social democratic country is led by the government which has instituted these forms.
