The association is an amusement park that has all types of different water playgrounds, slides and water splash parks, surfing areas and body boarding in the wave pools. To the public the areas are age particular and restricted. It is built on fifty acres of land that was bought from a landowner in the Stafford County. The land that was bought for this venture borders' three different major shopping malls that incorporate a number of health clubs, restaurants and department stores.

After reviewing the Club Theme Park, Six flags of America, and Walt Disney World's Codes of conduct when it comes to parks, there is a set of codes that I think every park should have put into practice. The primary is to set up a set of rules and regulations for the common public. The public cannot be held responsible without following the rules. These rules are required to be posted throughout the park. The first sentence will be; “all written, verbal, and implied rules of park should be followed by the patrons of the said park. No exceptions! This consist of, but is not restricted to:

Evading any ride control system is prohibited;

Intruding into places not permitted by guests of the park; &

Stripping naked and running around the park (Officially it is not written that you cannot do that, but this is an e.g. of implied rules of park)” (Club TPR/theme Park Review, 2012).

Walt Disney and Six Flags of America have comparable codes of conduct for their visitors such stuff as safety for guest, dress code, conduct and language. A number of other codes can also be put into practice for pets and smoking in selected areas.

In their opening statement Six Flags says best in their policies about park. As Six Flags is a park for families, we look forward for guest to act properly.

Disorderly, troublesome or unpleasant behavior, including profanity and line jumping, is strictly barred and will not be endured. Disobeying the policies of the park may be the reason for expulsion from the park without money back.
