When the globalization is increasing the integration of people, capital, consumers taste, and cultural images, "at the same time" globalization is increasing the gap between poor and rich peoples. Globalization of migration is being contributed by rising inequality and lure of prosperity of northern. The contribution of women is exponentially increasing in migration. In the past, males dominated the labor migration and women remained busy in home-chores.

After the First-World War, the women faced several problems in order to be successful at managerial or professional level. They worked hard, and as a result, when it happen the women's migration was more than men. Now, care and love has become 'new-gold', by development of women's prominence. Whether, parents' displacement and death both have to pay by Third-World Children. Globalization brings the profession of nanny that is good to care and love others' child, but it brings pain for Third-World Children.

Global Care Chain

Arlie used the term of “Global Care Chain” for the first time. Global Care Chain term is used to mention “a personal link series among the people across the globe. The link is based on work of caring either paid or unpaid.

From this perspective, the global care chain also included an elder daughter of a poor family. A daughter who cares for her younger sibling, though her mother is serving and caring others' child being a nanny. However, her mother is a migrating nanny and cares for the children of rich families.

A rich woman has begun the global care chain. A woman who belonged to developed country and entered into the field of labor.
