These principles of support are used for those people who are living in the care homes and they demand the service users that they should be treated with respect and dignity. The services providers should not discriminate among the users of the service and should also communicate with them properly. All the rights should be provided to the service users. The users should be cared in such a way that they cannot be able to experience fear, isolation and pain. They key principles of the support are applied at many places. The users should be treated with dignity and respect and their self esteem should be maintained. Their independence is also supported and there are different choices for them in control and decision making (Alcock et al, 2008).
