In this paper, we would discuss the case study of Southeast Medical Center. According to the case study, the most important recommendations provided are related to the development of a detailed mission for the company and the norms should also be clear as it is experienced that the company faced certain challenges. This helps in developing an effective system. There is also a need to focus on strategy development and strategy implementation.

The recommendations of the case study discuss that there is also a need to develop an efficient strategic plan and the interaction between the management and the institutions should be high. Openness, communication skills and the ability to feel other people and resolve interpersonal conflicts are the important factors of successful leadership. Strategic objectives on the basis of leadership are described as game plans which are general and communication is based on personal preferences and determines the outcomes. The interaction with others, teamwork, communication and cooperation are considered as the core values of leadership effectiveness and are supported by the behavior of the leader. Building and team management is another important task that he performs. Long term strategy planning is not well done in hospitals and this lack results in lagging behind. Hospitals are always engaged in different activities and there is no proper time for strategic planning and management, therefore, hospitals planning become difficult to be done. There is also a need of providing restore and repair facilities as there are always problems being faced. It can be determined that hospitals have become reactive and diagnostic in their clinical and medical processes.
