Introduction

Slobodan Milosevic (born August 20, 1941) is a previous President of Serbia and Yugoslavia. He was born in Požarevac, Serbia.

Milosevic started off as a banker, employed for the Beogradska Banka (Belgrade Bank), at times even residing in New York as their authorized agent abroad. He then appeared in April 1987 as the premier force in Serbian government, which some termed as nationalism regardless of the detail that his ideology was powerfully assessed by Socialism and other leftist viewpoints.
