Learning from Meetings

Outcomes of the meeting are as pursues for each class: a tally of 9 for the category deserving Battler; a tally of 16 for Helper; and, a tally of 12 for Thinker. According to review interpretations, my utmost power are characteristics that encompass the features of trust, optimism, commitment, caring, and helpfulness, devotion acknowledging, polite and adaptable. As I reflect on my own beliefs about connection and listening, I am in affirmation the interpretations of both surveys with regard to my own standards about community relations. My communication method is one in which I seek and esteem the input of other ones in an effort to build agreement and collaboration when implementing a specific practice or strategy, or when speaking to a difficulty or working out a solution. Ihave often said that humans are easily designed to listen more than we talk because as a species we have two ears and one mouth. While I address myself to be an productive communicator, I am at the very smallest my own inferior detractor with consider to my belief that it is an locality in which I can and should certainly improve. Communicating competently is extremely tough task that appears to become more perplexing when one considers the capacity and variety of constituents who make up an organization with the complexities of a large, comprehensive school community.
