The five policies and programs under HRSDC are Aboriginal Labor Market Programs, Canada Education Savings Program (CESP), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Canada Student Loans and Grants and Disability Issues Programs. Office for Disability Issue program purpose is to promote the people of Canada who are experiencing disabilities. This program offers full participation and inclusion of Canadian people in all aspect if community and society. ODI attempts to offer a leadership and promote excellence for the Canada Government in this area of shared responsibilities.

The Canada student loans program grant program assist by offering financial assistance to students in shape of loan and award to post secondary education in different territories and provinces. Loans: Pay back the borrowed money. Grants: Fund that are not returned.

The federal government has developed a loan that is offered to the post secondary education which will help in providing better job opportunities (www.hrsdc.gc.ca).

I am proud that our department is performing very well. Looking at the previous performances I want to advice my team regarding the goals of Ottawa HRSDC. I am pleased to announced new strategies that will enhance our campaign from previous year. We are very lucky to have so many people with leadership qualities in order to expand our business. The strategy will implement to achieve the 2010 and 2011 goals. These goals are related to the targets that is $8000. This target has been set by looking at the last year performance. Last year campaign strategy, we were not only able to achieve target but also encourage employees to get involved in the campaign activities. Being an Administrative Assistant my role is to guide you people. I request you people to get more involve in campaign activities in the upcoming year such as payroll deductions, fundraising events, for the betterment of the company.

Subject: Poor condition of Public Park

I recently visited the public park with my friend. As I arrived there, the first thing which I noticed, the park is in a less than acceptable standard. Parks are pieces of land that are gardened by a group of people.
