The tighter the building is created the less energy is needed to either cool or heat the desired building.

The effects of the climate change that comes with global warming are potentially drastic and dangerous. The penalties that are expected are the dissolving of polar icecaps, increasing ocean levels, and an boost in tropical dioceanses. Green buildings help to reduce fossil fuel utilisation through energy efficiency and the use of clean power technologies. The use of energy-efficient technologies can be used for the electricity, heating, cooling, and lighting of a home or commercial building. By using these means of energy efficiently means less fuel is needed for the building's systems.

Everyone knows that building green greatly benefits the environment, but the other side of the road it also helps out for the economy. It greatly reduces the operating costs of residential and commercial buildings. Agreen construction may cost more up front, but keeps through lower functioning costs over the life of the building.
