In addition to this, the paper also incorporates the health and safety policies and procedures, as well as the social care at workplace. It is because of the reason that, appropriate policies and procedures are one of the most important feature or aspect in the any healthcare organization. Therefore, it is necessary for the management of the healthcare organization to ensure the compliance of healthcare policies as well as the information communication policies and procedures within the health care organization (Tan, 2005, pp. 101-105). This paper incorporates the policies and practices of information communication of Silver Meadows care home. All the policies are incorporated in the proceeding discussion. The paper also discusses the issues that were faced by this healthcare organization, Silver Meadows care home, in implementing appropriate policies and procedures of information communication.
