Human resources management is equally essential to manage or to run any kind of business small or large organization. Even it is extremely difficult to manage the enormous human resources in the local market as well as abroad in international markets and it is extremely difficult to operate the business worldwide and to manage the different business operations simultaneously. Most common problem arises to the multinational organization regards to their public relations, internal and external epidemics which are directly responsible to affect the business and goodwill of the organization, which decreases the market reputation and decreases the market share as well. Many of the organizations fails to maintain the equilibrium among the market due to which their internal public gets affected them have their job reservations which are valid in nature. Like their pay scale, future increments, job security, remunerations, rewards and skills development programs. One of the Employees is equally essential human resources to the management as they invest amount to develop the skills and attributes among the employee to make it extent to the international standards for the employee`s behavior and conduct. Surely management is responsible to its employee`s development or misuses the authorities because it is seen that many of the organizations are not sincere with their employees as they want to utilize their maximum efforts with lesser salaries and wages, which is inhuman behavior with the employees that are why their employee retention level is low. Here, we are going to discuss the human resources management and real time case scenario of Siemens Company (Björkman, I., & Lu, Y. 2009, pp. 16-25).

Siemens Company is a German based company established in 1847 in Munich. Their major contribution is in information technology and innovations in engineering and electronic conglomerated company. They are now dealing in 190 countries with 360,000 employees all around the world and exclusive worth of 73.5 billion Euros of capital and assets all around the world. They are producing one of the latest innovative equipments of engineering, energy, transportation, healthcare and infrastructure. The Siemens Company has been surrounded by the serious controversies from the last few years. Major problem arise for them to manage the 100,000 of peoples in one time. It makes difficult for them because their sales has been recorded to be decreases from many of the small countries where economy has flourished they close their operations from there and move to their Head Quarter with expected loss of 5 billion, and thousands of employees which they can`t manage.
