The fact that sport is not an educational product in its origin, makes their introduction into the school is done mostly as mimicry of adult sports, and even more elite sport and sport show and they prevail in the more goals than strictly educational sports. Introduction
Sports are considered as the best and the fit exercise for the human fitness and the health. Thus, the high inclination of sports has been seen during the schooling and the high schooling days. Sports are added to the extra curriculum activities in order to promote students to actively participate in the games. During recent days, the question has been raised about the pay for the students who play and represent their schools. Therefore, the following research paper will particularly analyze the students and the issue that either the college pupil be paid or not to play their sports?

There is a great debate between different groups of people about the rights of the college sportsmen pay. One group supports the idea that the college sports should be paid and the other group negates the concept. The following research paper is conducted to have an argumentative approach to the matter.
Challenges faced by College Players
Student players have unique challenges as they confront pressures to perform both athletically and academically. It is stated by the researchers that the college sports are the activities that bring large sums of money to the colleges annually, which is considered the college funding. The calculated amount reaches to 30 to 40 million U.S. dollars for these universities and colleges every year but unfortunately, the players get nothing. It is forgotten or avoided that these are the players who suffer and injure their backs everyday for the sake of their universities but are neglected when asked to get paid. It is not fair at all. I consider it as an unfair practice. Some compensation or the pay should be given to these college players. (Ferrante, Etzel, et.al.1996)
Argument in Favor of the Sports Players Pay
In college sports, athletes compete as a team and represent their universities playing against other universities. National competitions and tournaments provide good publicity and a way few universities wings grow both revenue and image. At the end is a win-win situation for both the athlete and for the University. (Parham, 1993)
