The aim of this research paper is to put forward a review of employee's issues especially sexual harassment at the place of work in public sectors. Sexual harassment is a type of unfairness on basis of sex that infringes the human rights to fairness in the place of work. It is certainly very inopportune to know that such a matter is still occurring in an uncontrolled way at the moment. In this paper, background of employee's issues and sexual harassment will be first cleared. Moreover, importance will be put on the main topic of this research, that is, sexual harassment at the workplace. We will also inspect types of harassment happens and their impact on the workers. In conclusion, the probable solutions to fight this matter at the place of work will be given.
